She/He will be responsible for building and managing ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns. You will work on a team to develop and execute social media strategies for our client’s branded social media channels and execute point-in-time campaigns and projects.


  • Deliver fully-integrated social campaigns for the client
  • Assist in the execution of social channel strategies and tactics for organic and paid social media
  • Schedule deployment of posts, ads, and boosts
  • Collaborate with, and brief the creative team to ensure on time execution
  • Foster community engagement with our clients’ brands across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn)
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Keep abreast of social media marketing trends, research new channels and identify opportunities to connect the public with the client and share key insights/learnings with the team
  • Recognize issues and escalate appropriately
  • Know which optimization tactics are appropriate to leverage based on clients goals and data analysis.
  • Able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written form


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Academic background in communication, marketing, or any related program

  • Prior social media experience is a plus

On any average day, you might be creating email blasts, assisting with websites and ad initiatives, creating, editing photos, videos for social media, researching for upcoming designs, strategizing creative process.

  • Strategize and engage in brainstorming sessions with the creative team on upcoming projects
  • Work on email drafts, affiliate ads, social posts and any other creative assets requested by the team


  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field or Technical training in Graphic Design
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
  • A self-starter attitude
  • Passion for graphic design
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies. (Such as, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro)
